Principal
George Imthurn is a semiconductor innovator specializing in RF and SOI device and process development. He has led teams advancing RF switch and LNA technologies, driving over $100 million in annual revenue and establishing SOI as the industry standard for RF switches.
A seasoned TCAD expert and device engineer, his career spans Qualcomm, Skyworks, Silanna, and pSemi. Holder of more than 50 U.S. patents, George's work also spans device reliability, RF characterization, and manufacturing release.
George brings a rare combination of deep device physics knowledge and hands-on device engineering experience — making him uniquely effective as a technical advisor and consultant.
